Nutritional Therapy focuses on optimizing an individual’s existing dietary habits to achieve optimal health. Laboratory diagnostic interpretations from your GP and a diagnosis according Chinese Medicine, serve as a tool to guide recommendations for each particular person based on principles of Holistic Nutrition and always informed by the latest research on diet and nutrition.

Personalised diet plan

We strongly emphasize the use of whole foods to achieve the proper balance of macro- and micro-nutrients.  Patients’ constitution and other environmental influences such as climate, season, and lifestyle are taken into account to customize an achievable diet and meal plan targeted to their specific needs and health goals. 

Lifestyle Counseling

It focuses on optimizing an individual’s lifestyle habits to achieve optimal health and typically fall into the following categories: 

  • Stress Management: In addition to the main treatment, stress-relief exercises, such as breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation exercises, are offered to patients who are experiencing a high degree of stress. 

 

  • At-Home Physical Exercises: Physical stretching exercises, such as Yoga, Qigong and many other techniques are often accompanied by mindful breathing exercises. These at-home exercises promote optimal physical function and mental health.
