Qi Gong & Meditation
Medical Qi Gong is an ancient form of Chinese energetic medicine, and is one of the four main branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), along with Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and TuiNa massage. Qi Gong and Nei Gong are somewhat interchangeable terms for “Internal Exercises” that focus on the breath, the internal dynamics and alignments of the body and the circulation of Qi (energy).
Meditation, very close related to Qi Gong, also regulates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stability and aims to bring back the body into balance. According to each person’s condition and needs, a customized Meditation Technique will be given.
